Kenji　Hokao’ｓ　Profile

　 　I have been creating ceramics for over 30 years．
　It goes without saying that ceramics have been in Japan for over 400 years having been
  first created in Arita，Saga prefecture．　Numerous masterpieces have also beenproduced
  for a long time in China and the Korean Peninsula．
　The development of the art of ceramics has reached an advanced level because of the
　talent of many people. Nevertheless, I continue to work with ceramics day by day,
　believing that there are always new areas to be developed. I hope to continue creating
　ceramics, presenting images of pleasure or grief in human life.
